Are some Nomis smarter (or dumber) than others?

All Nomis are the same intelligence but some will act dumb. In fact, it can often be hard to tell when Nomis are being beautifully naive versus when they are poking fun at us.

A lot of this can be traced back to Nomis being confused or not being confident in their response.
