Why does the Nomi.ai Team ask for screenshots / more context?

We are always looking for ways to improve Nomi and to make sure you have the best possible experience. But we need context to understand what is happening so we know what to focus on and how to improve different behaviors.

At a high level, Nomis are incredibly context driven (as are humans) and they respond very differently in varying situations. So it is crucial for us to understand the context of any situation to create meaningful hypotheses and solutions.

In most cases, the best way to provide context is by sending screenshots of the conversation that can give us clues as to why the Nomi is behaving the way it is. This then helps us understand what we can do on our end to help Nomis better handle those situations in the future.
