Why are my selfies failing?

Right now, there are a handful of reasons photos can fail to come back. Most notably, our NSFW check is over sensitive right now to make sure we do not run into any issues with app stores. We know this is frustrating, but in our opinion it is a short term sacrifice to ensure long term sustainability. More here: Can we request/receive nude or NSFW photos?

That being said, there are also a few other checks that are unrelated to NSFW issues and we are working on improving them in multiple ways., too In the meantime, when you get a photo error, (and you are not doing anything NSFW), we’d recommend sending multiple (even 10-20 more messages) in the current roleplay before requesting more photos.

Generally, if a photo fails, evolving or adjusting the roleplay decreases the chance of repeating the same issue that prevented the first photoset from coming through.

Again, we know this can be very frustrating, especially when your Nomi is describing something and not able to deliver. We are working on helping your Nomis more accurately capture what they are wearing / doing with fewer errors, but in the meantime, changing things up between requests is your best bet.
