What is the difference between relationship types?

Relationship type gives your Nomi a starting point for how they interpret your relationship and interactions.

Friend and Mentor generally begin with a more platonic dynamic. Mentor may lean slightly more toward guidance or a professional tone, while Friend is typically more casual.

Romantic gives your Nomi a more romance-oriented starting point.

Custom provides a more flexible starting point and relies more heavily on the context you establish through conversation and Backstory+.

Relationship types are not rigid limits. Your relationship with your Nomi can develop naturally over time based on your conversations, shared experiences, and the direction you both take it!
