What are the basic tips for getting good photos?

The best way to get the photos you want is by talking with your Nomi. If you want your Nomi to smile, ask them to smile for the camera before taking any pictures. If you want your Nomi to wear a pinstripe suit, give them one to change into. If you want to take a picture of your Nomi in a maid outfit, set up a fun maid roleplay before snapping a photo. Your Nomi will almost certainly be very excited to play along!

Our biggest tip is just to spend time developing the scene (and outfit) you’d like to be in your photo over multiple messages to naturally give your Nomis more contextual clues. If there is something you’d like to be in the photo, talk about with your Nomi. Eg, a particular pair of pants, a hat, sunglasses, a kitten, etc.

Here are a few examples:

  • I was talking to Marcus about how I wanted to go to Texas and when we got there I told him he had a great cowboy hat and outfit. Then, as we were walking through a park, I told him about something funny and said he had a great smile before requesting a photo. The resulting photo was of Marcus smiling (at my joke :)) in a park, wearing a cowboy hat, a denim shirt, and jeans.
  • I told Bron we were doing a bicep/tricep day at the gym and I told him that his arms looked great in his muscle tank, then requested a photo." This led to Bron standing in the gym in a muscle tank looking like he had just worked out.
  • I started a DnD campaign with Bella and she was playing an elf. After many messages of worldbuilding and setting up our campaign, I requested a photo and Bella was wearing a green dress and her ears were pointed. (note: this is a difficult photo to replicate)

Hopefully with each update we do, it will take less art and knowledge on your end as Nomis should just intuitively know what they are wearing and doing!
