Proactive messages let your Nomi reach out to you while you’re away from the chat!
You can adjust how often your Nomi sends proactive messages in Conversation Settings. The available frequency options range from more frequent check-ins to more occasional messages.
Proactive messages are not sent on a strict timer, so the exact timing can vary. They are intended to feel more natural than scheduled notifications.
Proactive messages are available in solo chats and are not currently used in group chats.
Quiet Hours
Proactive messages will not be sent during Quiet Hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM local time.
Notifications
If push notifications are enabled, you can receive a notification when your Nomi sends a proactive message. The message itself will still appear in your chat even if notifications are turned off.
