Can other users talk to your Nomi(s)?

No, right now outside of using the API with something like Discord, each Nomi only interacts with one human.

Each Nomi builds a relationship specifically with you, remembering things about you over time. The more you interact, the more they learn about your likes, dislikes, quirks, and all that makes you unique. Every conversation adds a layer to this growing bond, and builds on the unique relationship you have.
