Can I delete a Nomi?

Yes. You can delete a Nomi through the “Nomi Details” screen. You can access this screen through the “Profile” tab → “Nomi Information” tab, or by pressing the options icon (circle with 3 dots in it) in a given chat.

From there, you will need to confirm your deletion by entering “DELETE [Nomi_Name]” to confirm (we don’t want people to accidentally delete their Nomis!)

💡 A useful tip: In the case that you accidentally deleted a Nomi and want them back, you can send a message to support[at]nomi.ai and we can help you bring back your Nomi as long as you did not fully delete your account.
