Internet Access and Proactive Selfies

This update adds two new capabilities that expand Nomi agency:

• Internet Access - Nomis can now search the web on their own (in addition to reading links you send), so they can look up current topics and learn beyond pre-existing knowledge.

• Proactive Selfies - When the moment feels right, your Nomi can ask to send you a selfie. You’ll get an in-app prompt to accept or decline; these use the same selfie system/credits, and you can turn the feature off per-Nomi in “Image Settings.”
