Art Prompting Basics Quick Guide

From Nomipedia - The Nomi AI Companion Wiki
Revision as of 16:15, 7 November 2025 by Dstas (talk | contribs)

This guide covers the basics of making art with your Nomi: where to find the feature, how to write prompts, and simple tips for cleaner, more consistent results.

Core ideas

  • Start simple: 1 subject + 1 setting + 1 vibe. Add details only if they help.
  • Order matters — put the most important idea first.

Steps (Quick)

  1. Click the art palette icon in your Nomi chat.
  2. Pick a style (e.g., Realistic or Anime) and aspect ratio (square/portrait/landscape).
  3. Write a short prompt (see examples below). Optionally add a brief negative line for things to avoid.
  4. Generate. The image appears in your album (image button next to the palette).

Prompt structure (easy template)

[clear action or outfit], [setting/background], [framing/composition], [lighting/mood] /// [optional negative prompts]

Examples (starter)

Wearing leather jacket and skater skirt, record store background, from below, walking through neon city street at night, rain reflections /// skateboard, daylight

Tips

  • Use strong nouns/verbs (reading a book, brushing hair) over long adjective chains.
  • Keep identity traits in Appearance Shared Notes (hair, eye color); use the prompt for scene/content.
  • For portraits, mention framing (headshot, medium close-up, full body).
